Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Production OS collects when you use the app, why, and what you can do about it. “Production OS,” “we,” or “us” refers to the team operating the service; “you” refers to anyone with an account or workspace membership.

Account information. Your name and email address, collected when you sign in with Google or create an account with email and password. If you use email sign-in, your password is handled entirely by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) — we never see or store it in plain text.

Production data you and your team enter.Everything a workspace holds to run a production: crew and contact details, day rates, equipment and vendor information, schedules, budgets and expenses, project notes, deliverables, and any files or media you attach. This is the core of what the product does, and it’s treated as sensitive by design — see Security below.

Technical data.Basic request and error logs needed to operate and secure the service (for example, to enforce rate limiting on sign-in attempts). We don’t run advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties, and we don’t have any to sell.

To operate the workspace you’re a member of: authenticate you, compute things like readiness scores and checklists from the data you enter, let your team see what you’ve shared with them, and protect the service from abuse (for example, rate-limiting repeated sign-in attempts). We use your email to reach you about your account when necessary. We don’t use your production data for anything beyond operating the workspace it belongs to.

Production OS includes optional AI features (for example, generating a draft shooting-day timeline or suggesting deliverables from a brief). These only run when you explicitly trigger them. When you do, the relevant project context is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic or Google, depending on configuration) to generate a proposal. Nothing from an AI feature is saved or applied to your workspace automatically — every suggestion is shown to you first and only takes effect if you review and confirm it.

Production OS is built on a small set of infrastructure providers, each used only for what they’re named for:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider.
• Vercel — hosts the application itself.
• Upstash— supports rate limiting on sign-in and account endpoints; doesn’t receive your production data.
• Anthropic and/or Google — process the specific content you send when you use an AI feature, and nothing else, nothing automatically.

Our infrastructure is hosted on EU-based servers.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups run automatically and continuously. Access within a workspace is scoped by role — crew, coordinators, and producers can only see and do what their role allows. None of this is bolted on after the fact; it’s how the system is built.

You can request a full export of your workspace’s data, or request that your account and its data be deleted, at any time — write to momovies.clients@gmail.com. We hold your data for you, not from you.

Production OS uses a small number of essential, first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to carry you back to the right page after signing in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Production OS is intended for professional production teams and isn’t directed at children.

If this policy changes in a way that matters — especially around pricing or data handling — early adopters will get advance notice before it takes effect, consistent with our Early Access commitments on the pricing page.
