Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Production OS, you agree to these terms. If you’re using it on behalf of a studio or company, you’re confirming you have the authority to agree on its behalf.

Production OS is currently in Early Access. Features, availability, and pricing may change before public launch — see the pricing page for what that means in practice. The service is provided as-is during this period, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Early adopters will get advance notice before any pricing change takes effect.

You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Within a shared workspace, access is scoped by role — what a Crew, Coordinator, Manager, or Owner can see and do is enforced by the system, not left to convention.

You own the production data you put into Production OS — crew details, schedules, budgets, notes, deliverables, everything. We host and process it solely to operate the service for you and your workspace; we don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running the product you asked us to run. You can export it in full or request deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Don’t use Production OS for anything illegal, don’t attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, and don’t access data belonging to a workspace you’re not a member of. Within a shared workspace, use the access your role is meant to have.

Any AI-generated suggestion (a draft timeline, a proposed deliverable set) is exactly that — a proposal. Nothing an AI feature produces is written to your workspace unless you actively review and confirm it. You remain responsible for what you choose to apply.

You can stop using Production OS and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly around acceptable use or security.

Production OS is provided without warranties beyond what applicable law requires, especially during Early Access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

These terms may be updated as the product develops, especially heading into public launch. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts in advance rather than silently applied.

The specific governing law and dispute-resolution jurisdiction for these terms will be finalized before public launch, alongside formal legal review of this document.
